| 2nd & 3rd Weekends of December December 12 - 14 & 19 - 21, 2013 (Thursday, Friday, Saturday) 10:00 A.M. - 8:30 P.M. COME ON OUT AND ENJOY! MERRY CHRISTMAS! There is no fee for the Living Nativity (suggested donation $3.00 per person) Come and capture the meaning of Christmas. The Living Nativity is a walk through event, reminiscent of that first Holy Christmas. Live character portrayals include Mary, Joseph, the shepherds, the wise men and angels. The stable will be filled with live animals, and there is opportunity to interact with them. Animals included in the scene are sheep, goats, donkeys, mules, dogs, chickens, guineas, ducks, and horses. The nativity is housed indoors in an authentic Amish built gambrel roof barn. The original wondrous Christmas Story will spring to life once again, as you look upon this re-enactment of that Holy Night when Jesus our Savior was born. Enter into the peace of a certain cool winter's night when while there were "Shepherds watching their flock by night" Jesus came. The sheep flock at Shepherd's Cross will be lying near by in the fields.
"While they were there (in Bethlehem), the time came for the baby to be born, and she gave birth to her firstborn, a son. She wrapped Him in clothes and placed Him in a manger because there was no room for them in the inn."
