Enter into the peace of a certain cool winter's night when while there were Shepherds watching their flock by night"
Jesus came.  The sheep flock at Shepherd's Cross will be lying near by in the fields.

Open the door, and step back in time to that first Holy Christmas.  
This event is held in a heated Amish barn & silo, at an authentic working farm.  
Live character portrayals include Mary, Joseph, the shepherds, the wise men and angels.  
The stable will be filled with live animals, and there is opportunity to interact with them.  
Animals include: sheep, goats, donkeys, fowl, alpaca. cattle and horses.  

Winter is Pecan & Walnut harvest season.  We offer farm fresh pecans, cracking and U-Pick
opportunities, as well as a host of nutty treats.

 - Activities recur throughout the day (groups larger than 20 asked to pre-schedule).

Tired of fighting the crowds?  Looking for a gift that has extra special meaning?  Shepherd's  Shop  hosts a variety of hand
crafted gifts  including yarn,  Amish jams & jellies, farm fresh honey, festive Christmas gifts, hand crafted items from local
artisans as well as from Christian Missions across the world.  The shop is an arts and crafts fair all on its own!  Spectacular
local artisans offer unique, hand made gifts for all ages, and hand made products from many nations.   (100% of the proceeds
from sales of mission items are returned to those missions & indigenous peoples)

Volunteer - as a family or individual -  to fill character portrayals, or as a fiber artist or
dramatic story teller.    Life changing, memorable experience for the entire family.

on the Boulevard the weekend (Friday & Saturday evenings) preceding Thanksgiving.  Come on out & see us!

    perspective.- $5 per person; 1 & under are free with a paid adult (cancelled in inclement

  • Make your own Farm Fresh Evergreen Wreathes - Great Family Project -  $10 per
